Cà Berti output is limited but of high quality. The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand: vinification and bottling are carried out on the estate in order to ensure absolute and controlled product quality. The cellars are underground and therefore provide perfect levels of temperature and humidity. They are equipped with the latest winemaking equipment, including a modern autoclave system, and each stage in the process is supervised by highly qualified personnel. In this way an exclusive selection of wines has been created that marries quality with traditions.
